My puppy won't eat Iams. What's the best healthy puppy food?

As long as it is a name brand food with an AAFCO label on it. This means it has been tested and meets specific standards. Typically royal canin, Purina, science diet, and Iams qualify for this. Be careful switching foods without suddenly as this can cause diarrhea. It is best to mix them and gradually switch it over a week

What dog food is best for my adult German Shepherd's daily diet?

Hello! I recommend feeding a diet that has been established for a long time and has undergone feeding trials and follows AAFCO nutrition standards. Purina, Royal Canin, Hill's, and Iams are all examples of good brands. I would avoid any raw, grain free, other "fad" diets as their lack of scientific evidence often leads to chronic nutritional deficiencies in senior pets that are fed these diets long term. My dog won't eat Blue Buffalo, only Iams. Is Iams healthy enough?

Iams is perfectly healthy dog food! The ingredients in Blue Buffalo may appear different, but both diets are balanced in their nutrients and can provide an excellent diet for any dog. It sounds like your dog likes the Iams, so I see no reason to switch to something that could upset the balance.

Affordable dog food for sensitive skin: Iams, Purina One, or what?

Both are good foods. I personally feed my dogs Iams, so if you wanted to switch to that, it's fine to do. It's important to know when switching foods to do it slowly so that Scooby doesn't get any GI upset. Start by mixing 75% old food and 25% new food, and feeding that for a couple of days. Over the course of two weeks, gradually increase the amount of new food and decrease the amount of old food until he is eating the new food only. Other brands I recommend include Royal Canin and Hill's Science diet, but those would be pricier than the Purina One and Iams. I hope this helps!

Should my puppy eat age-specific food or all-life-stages dog food?

I would always feed the food for the specific age bracket and size (adult size ) of the dog, rather than a food "for all". The age-specific food will address the specific needs of your dog at its various life stages and, in my opinion, this serves your dog much better.
