Is Fresh Pet cat food a good choice for my cat instead of dry kibble?
Hello. Personally, I really like Fresh Pet. Many pets will eat this when they will not touch anything else, & a lot of veterinarians are recommending that cats eat a primarily wet diet vs a dry kibble. Is Royal Canin better than Now Fresh for my 6-month Sphynx cat?
Dobby is so cute! In my opinion, Royal Canin is a better food, and I highly recommend it. The food meets AFFCO standards, and they have veterinary nutritionists on staff, so you know the food is made to meet a cat's nutritional needs. You can stay with Fresh Food brand if you'd like, but I think the Royal Canin would be better. I hope this helps!

My cat ate FreshPet dog pate. Is it safe for cats to eat dog food?
Thank you for submitting your question regarding Pumpkin. An occasional meal of the dog pate should not harm her assuming she is free of any underlying medical conditions. However, she should not eat it longterm. Cat food has an amino acid known as taurine that is essential for cats. This is will be deficient in the dog food. I hope this information helps!

What's the best affordable healthy cat food for indoor/outdoor cats? Dry or wet?
Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I think the Purina Pro Plan diets are very good and also affordable. Both dry and wet diets are equally good in general especially for younger cats. I prefer wet food in older cats when I am concerned about kidney disease just to increase the water content in the diet. Good luck and have a great day!
