These all look like superficial grazes in the pictures provided and I would keep them clean with saline or dilute iodine disinfectant. Monitor closely for any heat, pain or swelling around any of the wounds which would indicate infection requiring antibiotics from your vet. I recommend you keep them separated to prevent further injury in the future

My dog has very bad allergies and currently has some hotspots and what looks to be potential skin infections. His vet is familiar with this with him, but he has been at the vet several times in the past few months and I’d prefer not to stress him out

If you are unable to get him in to be seen by the veterinarian, I would recommend the below products, which can all be found online quite easily. Do this for about 3-4 weeks and if there is no improvement, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Dune so that the most appropriate treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps! These skin lesions are probably not from a bite. It looks like a mild skin infection. The Vetericyn you are using should be all you need.
