If it is available, my best topical flea treatment for cats is Cheristin. It is very effective and kills fleas before they bite, which is helpful for cats with flea allergies since it is the bite they react to. Comfortis is a tablet that is also very effective, but it can cause vomiting.

I usually use Stronghold or Revolution. These products are spot on though but they are very effective. Otherwise there are different tablets for fleas and worms (one for worms and a different one for parasites). Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.

Hi, thanks for using PetCoach! I'm not sure what your budget is but I like Droncit or Cestex which only get tapeworms. I like Drontal Plus because it gets tapeworm and other worms as well. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=3464 I hope this helps!

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! In my opinion, the best two flea and tick preventative medications are Bravecto and Frontline plus. Any of those would be good options for him. Good luck and have a good night!

Yes! It should be okay to give both pills at the same time. You might want to stagger them the first time by a day or two just in case you happen to see some nausea or other adverse effects, but after that give both at the same time.
