Thanks for reaching out about Pico and including pictures. Individual birds with respond differently to training techniques. Being the provider of treats and playful activities can gain trust. Letting Pico see you play with the other lovebird, and then want that same experience, might help also. This is a difficult one, because not all birds are tamable. Good luck. Be persistent.

If you suspect a parasite such as mites most pet stores carry a commercial mite spray that can be used on birds to treat mites. Placing an Elizabethan (cone) collar on Sky is also a good idea to keep her from picking at the spot while it heals (Google has tutorials on how to make bird-sized ones at home) If the problem persists, it would be good to have her examined by a vet. If your lovebirds are having diarrhea a good first step is to remove any extras such as treats, fruits, and veggies for a few days as these can cause diarrhea in some birds. Making sure they are on a lovebird diet. Avocado is reported to be potentially toxic so avoid feeding this. Fruits and vegetables must be washed thoroughly to remove chemicals. Cut them into manageable pieces depending on the size of the bird. It is not necessary to take the skin off. Offer fruits and vegetables in a separate dish. If your bird appears to develop a particular fancy for one food item, reduce its volume or stop feeding it temporarily to promote the eating of other foods. Treat your bird like a small child; offer a small piece of a variety of food items daily and never stop trying. Hope this answers your que

My peached faces bird flips her food bowel. This wastes all the food in the bowel and I don’t know why she does this or how I can stop this behavior. Also, sometimes I find her sitting on the floor of the cage and I’m not sure why.
You can secure the food dish to the cage so she can't tip it over. Shouldn't be hard to do. Sometimes they will sit at the bottom of the cage and that would be normal. If it becomes excessive she could be sick, in which case, she needs to see a vet. I suggest you put more toys and things in the cage for her to do and play with. She sounds bored. Also, an all seed diet is not recommended for any bird. I suggest you try to switch her over to Lafeber's Nutriberries or AviCakes. There is a lot of good information on their website.
