The door openings are very small so removing litter boxes and such is impossible

I didn't even buy this yet and I have already spotted a HUGE mistake! The levels (except for the main floor level) are all made with wire, and your ferret's foot can (and most likely will) get caught in between the wire and can harm the foot and/or can get them stuck and not be able to get to their food, water, or litter box. And plus, basically you are paying extra for harm to be done for your ferret, and a good cage should run $130 to $300, not close to $500. Go ahead and buy this cage if you want to harm your ferret. If you don't, then search for a GOOD cage!

I bought this in November and it looks nice, decent amount of room. Wish the wire came out a different way because its disgusting if your ferret isn't completely litter trained. Would also have loved wider shelves and a more secure attachments for the ramps.

I have had it now for a little over 2 years. I find that the paint on the shelves is flaking off and the screen material that separates the cage from the litter pan has completely been eaten through leaving sharp edges that could injure my chinchillas. I am trying to find a replacement and will repaint the shelves. That being said there is lots of room in the cage. My chins hang out on the shelves all the time. The floor of the cage is a bit crowded because they have a wooden house to sleep in plus and running wheel, but it fits in OK.

love the cage very large, fits nicely in the corner, and is well built. The customer service is amazing, when it was delivered the front piece was bent really badly but all i did was call the company and all they needed was my name and there was no hassle they said it would be sent right out. I couldn't ask for a better cage or customer service.

Greetings, I need to know how to order a replacement litter tray as it has rusted out and is flaking making a hole where ferret can escape. Any help with this would be so insanely appreciated! Thank you

There is a gap in between the tray that comes out and the bottom where as in your picture that shows there osmotic gap in between the tray and the bottom.

Does this come in any other colors? Also, just a recommendation.... I would love to see this come in a 1/2" or 1/4" bar spacing.... I'm sure sugar glider and flying squirrel (me!) owners would love love love this if our tiny creatures could not escape...

Hello. Our Corner Black Ferret Cage only comes in black at this time. We do not recommend this cage for Sugies. However, we have released our Deluxe Critter Cage which is an excellent option to house Sugies. The cage comes with 7/16" wire spacing and plenty of living space for jumping, gliding, and daily exercise. In the meantime, we will let our product development team know of your suggestion.
