Hello, I have a 7 year old black lab. He's a big boy who gets very hot in warm weather so likes to lie on the coolest surface he can find which is always hard. Consequently, he has callouses on his elbows but they have become a lot bigger this year and one of them looks sore. I just wondered what Ii could do to alleviate this problem. Is there a spray or some product which could help? Thank you.Judith Burke
My dog just tore a hole in my Rapid relief reusable hot/cold non toxic gel pack (for use on my sore back) when I was on another room. The bag is still full of the gel so I don’t think he had much if any. It does say it’s non-toxic but should I be concerned?
My dog ripped open a gel pea pack (that freezes) I'm nervous
My dog was taken to a groomer today& was forced to stand up on all fours on a small table for 2+ hrs straight. She's a 165lb St. Bernard,& gets drained from even running for less than 5min. She's extremely lively and always gets up when someone comes home, she hears the ice machine, or wants to follow her family into another room. But after she came home she did none of that. She can't get up st all and barely made it home. Ive been icing her legs. How can I properly treat this muscle fatigue??
We have our dog in a splint for a broken leg, it is his 7th out of 9 weeks. The bandage became too tight around his ankle at some point last night and I was forced to cut it off this morning due to loss of circulation. I am able to rebangage it myself at this point, but am wondering if he needs any drugs to make the swelling go down or if it will reduce on its own through the day?
What’s the best way to treat the cut on my dog’s paw? We’ve been spraying it with the skin spray (pictured), bandages and wraps and doing our best to keep him from licking it. The inflatable donut was ineffective so we’ll pick up a cone today. Thanks in advance!
I got my dog to the vet and he said my dog has a sprain. He only cast her leg and give us some medicine for pain. But even with the medicine my dog is still in pain. Is there anything i can do to help her?
