This is a great question! Yes, you should clean up the feces from the yard and dispose of it properly to help reduce spread of parasites. Feces left in the yard can lead to spread of microscopic parasites or parasite eggs that can infect other animals and sometimes people. Make sure you practice proper hygiene and wash your hands after handling feces to help keep yourself and your dogs safe.

You can't visually tell the difference between hookworms and roundworms. Thankfully, treatment is similar. You can use an OTC dewormer like the one linked below. Make sure to follow the label directions and repeat in 3-4 weeks to completely clear the worms. https://www.petsmart.com/dog/dental-care-and-wellness/treatments/sentry-worm-x-plus-7-way-broad-spectrum-dog-de-wormer---2-pack-13328.html

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. There are definitely things you can do without having to see a veterinarian. Unless the anxiety is so bad that you need anti-anxiety medications, it is not necessary to see the vet for this behavior. There are several things you can try listed below to see if this relieves the separation anxiety. As for eating other dogs feces, you can buy bitter apple and apply it to the feces on the ground to help deter Sadie from eating the feces. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further. 1. Adaptil collar and diffuser 2. NaturVet Quiet Moments Calming chews with melatonin 3. Provide more toys and use sound such as the TV or radio when leaving Sadie home alone 4. PetCube - this device allows you to interact with Sadie using your voice and a laser pointer that you can control from your phone ***All of the above products can be found

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! That is likely not the issue. It really comes down to figuring out what is causing his allergies so that they can be treated or the specific allergen avoided. There are many things that can cause allergies though in most cases they can be broken down into 3 big categories: flea, food and environmental allergies. Allergies are usually worked up in a stepwise fashion starting with flea allergies as this is the easiest and cheapest to take care of. If not on a flea preventative, then it would be a good idea to get started on one. If already on one then it would be a good idea to change to something else (there are many new products out in the market). If not improved in 1-3 months then it is time to move on and check for food allergies by switching to a novel diet (new protein and new carbohydrate). If that does not seem to be the issue then you are left out having to check for environmental allergies which require blood and/or skin tests. You could
