Should i feed my dog bully max or blue buffleo

My dog is a American bulldog pitbull mix 4 years old and he east small meals and his ribs always look like there bloated but his stomach is more thin. Can't explain but here are pics.

My yellow lab is bruised on the inside of both hips

I have a bully bred, when I first got him he was very muscular. I started feeding him the authority brand. I tried looking up natural ways to keep him muscular. They all said just free running/playing with other dogs and high protein food. He’s a pretty active dog but he a bit muscular but not how he was when I got him. I want to try the food with high protein but not sure where to start or what food to try out for him. What would you recommend to start with high protein food? Something healthy
