Fluval New at Petco

Trying to treat betta for Popeye otherwise healthy happy and active. Moved from five to three gallon filtered heated tanks. Feed freeze dried blood worms, daphnia and bug bites by fluval. Also am changing some if not all water every few days. Treated with kanaplex several doses no real improvement. Switzed to metroplex in water treatment as I don't know how food treatment works or how to dose started four doses two days apart and there is some improvement to the eyes. Med is miconidazole.

how do I change the ammonia, nitrates in my aquiarium

30 gallon freshwater tank 6 peaceful community fish, planted tank. nitrite0, Ammonia0, nitrates low. ph 7. One molly died quick and sudden. another molly (bloated not pregnant) bottom of tank looked dying. put in salt. She improved. wite tube poop. still swimming bit crooked. one neon tetra swim bladder died. another tetra very bloated. parasites?

I have an african dwarf frog and it has a growth on one of it`s sides.on that side it looks like it is pregnant but only on one side.The side that has the growth floats so my ADF is stuck on it`s side or back usualy.It could not swim from the surface.Then when I tryed to catch him to put him in quarentine he sudenly sank and could not swim up to the surface.I now have him in quarentine and am treating him with pimafix,melifix,and stress coat.Ten gallon tank,2otherADFs and4 zebra danios,one died.

have a little fish came home at 4pm and it was on the wave maker not quite moving it was stuck on it the side that was on the wave maker looks horrible moved to hospital tank she was moving around by on her side trying to move her tail with difficaulty what can i do to help her its 7:21pm shes breathing verry light

Hello i have a fish tank 45l with 11 fishes in it (Shubunkin , opaline gourami , honey gourami , trichogaster etc) . i added the fish a week ago and tested the water and it was fine.today i see that 2 of my Scalars aren't eating like everyone else , so i tested the water . Everything was fine except for Nitrite levels that was 3.0 - 5.0 ppm. I changed 25 % of the water and added Easy Life Filter Medium and after some hours i tested again the water quality and it was the same I also added salt

My 8 year old axolotl is still unwell after a visit to the exotic pet vet and a course of Metronidazole ? ascites secondary to liver failure. Is there anything else I can do for him? Are salt baths still useful to ease his fluid build-up? What concentration would you recommend and for how long? If his condition remains unchanged, when should I consider vet-assisted euthanasia? I just really don't want him to starve to death. (50 L tank; ammonia/nitirite 0; vet stated husbandry not an issue).

I have a problem with parrot fish tank , when after water change I used 1000mg erythromycin for prevention to fungus and bacterial infection for parrot fish , so i today mistakenly not running filter and heater ,after that I seeing that in a large quantities white micro parasitic or bacteria type in tank in a free swimming stage swim all over tank though what I do that in this condition please help me ?

Hello, My vet has been treating my 17 year old cat for bad flu for over a month. She has had a course of antibiotics for 4 weeks - every monday. My vet has been doing house calls as she is arthritic and I feel it is better to not distress her at this age. Today he was here and diagnosed her with lung failure.
