Arrived very quickly and thankfully had no damage from shipping. It comes with just about everything you need for an aquarium besides substrate, plants/decor. It even has a very convenient water changing system as an extra bonus! Would definitely recommend!

Best betta tank I’ve ever owned, might get another one!!

Heater climbs past 80 degrees Hagen sent another from the same series which has the same problem. I currently have Top Fin preset which works perfectly. They said I'm the only one that complained about the replacement. They are currently deciding what they want to send me now. The series is flawed as I tried all heaters from the p series. I've had this tank less then a month nothing but issues also they don't have the poly carb Cart in stock anywhere . Fluval just came out with the Flex2 which uses the poly carb cart so maybe all there stock when to the new model

I bought this aquarium, and didn’t know what to expect with some of the reviews, but I love it!! And so does my new betta. I’ve have zero issues and love the water change feature.

I've had this tank for about 2 weeks and love the overall design. However, the included heater does not work well. The original heater that came with the kit varies between 82.5 degrees F to 84.5 degrees F, which is too hot for a betta. This could be a difficult thing to deal with if someone is new to betta-keeping and are still learning about their requirements. Fluval was quick to send a replacement but the replacement is giving the same exact issues. I have contacted Fluval again and they'll let me know what the next steps are for resolving the issue. Overall, I really like the design of the tank; it's great for both beginner and advance fish keepers. I love how a lot of the hardware is hidden in the back and can't be seen in the tank. Also the flow is great for bettas. Plus, the built in water changer is very much appreciated. Once the heater issue is resolved I'd be happy to give a much higher rating.

I having problems with heater as going too hot returned, the one that came with the aquarium they gave me a new one and a new one is doing the same thing as to too hot going in the 80s now we see what they do next I had to go and buy a new heater different manufacture

I really wanted to love this aquarium, but I’ve ordered 2 and both arrived broken (as others have experienced). All of the feet came detached on the first and the same issue on the second, plus cracked glass. It doesn’t appear to be a shipping issue as both boxes came in good condition. It’s possible that the internal packing materials aren’t adequate. However, I believe it’s actually a design flaw in the way the feet are attached to the bottom of the aquarium. The legs are made of very smooth, glossy plastic and are attached to the glass with black silicone. The actual surface area of the feet that touch the ground is also very small which appears to put pressure forcing the adhered portion of the feet away from the tank. Even if they actually arrived attached, I wouldn’t trust them to not fail under the weight of the tank once water is added. In order for it to be structurally sound, I think the adhesive would need to be changed (to something like epoxy) and the surface of the plastic would need to be roughed up for better adhesion. I was really expecting much better quality from a brand like Fluval, especially considering the price. Now I have to decide whether I’ll spend additional time and money to repair it myself or research another aquarium to buy.
