How to apply the Seresto collar on your cat: 1. Remove collar from packaging. 2. Unroll collar and remove the small plastic connectors from inside the collar, ensuring that no remnants remain. 3. Insert the end of the collar through the buckle and loops. 4. Adjust the collar around your cat's neck until it fits comfortably on them. 5. Two fingers should fit beneath the collar and neck to ensure it is not too tight. Any excess length of the collar beyond an inch past the loops should be cut off unless it is on a growing kitten, where some additional length may be needed for adjustment as the kitten grows. Also, make sure the collar cannot be pulled over the head. 6. Check periodically and adjust fit if necessary, especially if you have a kitten that is rapidly growing. 7. Seresto comes with three optional reflector clips that can be attached to the collar to help keep your cat visible at night. The reflector clips should be evenly distributed on the non-overlapping part of the collar.

- The main insects the collar targets is protect against fleas, ticks, and chewing lice. It does not assure other insects.

- I wouldn't because the kittens might ingest some of the substance and I suspect it could be toxic to them. I would definitely ask the manufacturer or your vet.

Why does the label say Elanco and not Bayer? Is this a fake?
- According to Google: "One of the most significant changes Elanco announced was its acquisition of Bayer Animal Health in 2019. The acquisition was completed in August 2020 and catapulted Elanco to the forefront of the animal health industry. Now that the merger is complete, what can investors expect the combined company to do in 2021?Mar 16, 2021" My guess is since Elanco is an animal pharmaceutical company that their name will be present on Seresto collars produced after the completion of the merger? I didn't see Elanco on the last collar I purchased (back in June), but that could have come from old stock at the warehouse. :)

why does my cat's collar get loose???? Too expensive to replace weekly......
- When your cat plays, or scratches an itch on their neck, the collar can come loose. There are reflectors included with rhe collar that you can snap on at different intervals. Use these to keep the collar from coming loose.

- Probably could. You would have to string it on before you tightened it through the loops.
