DIRECTIONS

Pre-test for color fastness on a hidden area. If color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel. FOR NEW STAINS: 1. Set the sprayer to the Stream setting. 2. Apply a liberal amount to affected area. 3. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry. FOR DEEP ODOR PROBLEMS: 1. Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). If need be, remove the sprayer and apply liquid directly. 2. Allow to stand at least 1 hour (longer is better). 3. Fold a towel and place over treated area with a weighed object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the carpet pad or cushion. 4. Once dried, vacuum and inspect. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains and odors may require more than one application. FOR LAUNDRY: Spray the affected area and let sit for 30 minutes, then machine wash as usual.

First product that has ACTUALLY removed the urine stains. I’ve tried MANY. I sprayed the area-let it soak for a while, then covered it with a white towel, covered that with something heavy & left overnight. When I peeled back the towel-it was a moment of anticipation. Gone. This product does what it says.

This is maybe my favorite product. Not just to do with dog mess— my favorite product of any kind. I would describe the original scent as odd, but pleasing. My dog doesn’t really poop or pee inside the house, but she pukes a LOT, and the stain odor and eliminator always does the trick. I just cleaned up vomit that had clearly been there for hours while I was at work, and it still worked on the stain on the carpet and the odor.

I bought this odor and stain remover to remove dog pee off my furniture. It is a wonderful product and took the odor and stains out as advertised!! I will recommend this product to everyone!!

I thought I’d tried everything in an attempt to get the smell out of my bathroom floor where a cat had peed while we were out of town and had set for days before being discovered and nothing had worked, so I really didn’t have any expectation of this working either but I finally gave in to the algorithm and figured for the price it’d be worth a shot. I’m still not going to say it’s completely gone but this has definitely done something and it’s much, much better. Smell might even be gone but I’m so stuck on it it seems like it’s still there to me. Either way, you won’t regret buying it.

The only shampoo I will ever use going forward. I have two cats. cats puke. When I tell you this got up every stain out of my carpets…I will not be using anything else ever again. This stuff is AMAZING! So much so that I just ordered the spray stain remover.

I got this for puppy because she was having accidents and not only did that help with that by eliminating the stain and smell, I realized it just got rid of the muddy paw prints and shoe prints on the rug as well just by spraying this on it. Didn’t even have to scrub it or anything and the next day the stains were just gone. Have no idea how it works but it is a product everyone should have.

I have had the hardest time finding an actual stain removal and man have I hit the jackpot! We have lived in this house for 5 years and could not remove some stains until I applied this cleaner! Zero scrubbing necessary

We had rented our camper and the Renters let their dogs pee on the carpet! It’s old carpet but they left it stained and nasty. I applied the spray and rubbed it with a paper towel. The stain came out after 2 applications and smelled much better!

Can this product be used on leather car seats?

Leather - Pre-test for color fastness on a hidden area. If color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Although our product is water-based and you usually don't want to use water on leather, many of our customers have had great success using our stain and odor eliminator on their leather couches and chairs. Spray enough to cover the trouble-spot and leave it for a couple of days. It probably won't take that long to dry. If the odor is still there, that means the urine has gone deep into the leather and you'll need to reapply. Be sure to apply enough to get deep enough to get to the urine.

We have a dark striped 11' x 14' carpet and can't find where the dog urine is. Can we use this product in a Bissell carpet cleaning machine

No, we do not recommend that you use our product in a steam cleaner. The super high heat will kill the biological ingredients in our product thus rendering it ineffective. It’s best to pre-treat the problem areas first with our product, let it sit overnight, if possible, then steam clean as normal a day or two later. The key is for the product to come in contact with the urine and then be given enough time to work. For old stains, spray the product on and leave it for a couple of days, if possible, to get down deep and consume the urine.
