Is this good for 12-week old standard golden doodle puppy? We will be in a road trip and he might need to stay in the hotel for about 2 hours on his own in his crate.

are these good before my anxious pup gets groomed or do I need something stronger
Is this ok for 5 month old puppies? Sending her to a k9 adventures boarding/training for 3 weeks. It's 4 hours away. I don't want her freaked out with the trainer while he takes her from us for the drive. Lola is german shepherd/boarder collie. 22lbs
- I would not give her anything calming
