- Used Hills for four years. Bought large bag. Stored in our air to light container. Threw out bag. Cats refused food. Change in size of kibble. Too large. Strange but I bought another bag. Felt bag for size. Smaller kibble. Ok with cats. Advised customer service. Not satisfied with response.
