How much tubing come with it out of box?
Whats the minimum water height? Looking to get a 75g tank but only fill about half way for basking area for turtle, wondering if this would work for a filter
- I would think as long as your hoses from the canister to the tank are long enough, that should work. I had to cut my hoses back for a regular water level.

Does anyone know if any size Floval pump will work with an outdoor pond? If I would guess what the gallons is I'd say over 150 gallons.
Would this work with a 20 gal hexagon tank or would it be to much?
- That filter is too large for that size of tank in our opinion

Would 2 Fluval 307s be enough to filter for a 125-gallon aquarium?
- 307s filter UP TO 70 gallons per hour so combined they would filter UP TO 140 gallons per hour. BUT- add media and the flow rate goes down. Fail to clean the filter on a regular basis and the flow rate goes down. So depending what kind of livestock and plants are in your tank that would be the barest minimum to consider. Personally, I'd say no. 2 307s would not be enough for a 125 (but I tend to over-filter).

- You can never have too much. If flow is more then you want you can restrict it on the filter.

- Yes it will. Works for both Freshwater and Saltwater set ups.

Can you put a nitrate removing filter cartridge in it. Does it only have one type of cartridge in it?
- This is a canister filter so there are no cartridges. Cartridges are for hang on back filters. You can customize a canister filter to add what you need so you can add a nitrate removing pack to one of the bins inside the canister if necessary.

- i use it on my 75 but i also have a wet dry sump system so you would have to change filter pretty often.

I currently have anFX4 and need to down grade because it is too powerful for my 55 gallon. All my community fish are being pushed around due to the flow. I love the water change feature with the utility valve. Does the 307 have one?
- no water changing feature . You would have to do it the old fashioned way
