Instructions For Use: A complete list of installation, set up guide and important safety instructions is included with your purchase. Be sure to read and follow all safety precautions and keep instructions on hand for future reference. Set-up Guide: Check filter for any signs of shipping damage. If damaged, do not operate and return. Remove new cartridge from bag and rinse under cold water to remove carbon dust. Install cartridge as shown, (see complete instructions included with package). Biological cartridge holster and cartridge must face forward. Install filter on tank as shown (see packaging). Fill tank with water to 1" from tank's top edge. Plug power cord into household receptacle. Filter will begin to draw water from tank, pump water into filter through cartridge and return it to tank. Top off aquarium water level to outside bottom edge of the top frame.

What is the length width and height of the 75 with and without the extension?
- Rough measurements for the tube are 10 inches without the extension. The telescoping extension can be adjusted from 1 to 5 inches. My current set up in a 75 gallon tank has the tube with extension measuring 13.5 inches from the bottom of the pump. I hope this helps.

Will this fit over the lip of my Aqueon 54 corner tank? I bought a Quietflow 50 and it won't sit all the way down because the trim of the tank sticks out too far. Also, how much room do I need to have between the glass and the wall behind it?

I have a ten gallon tank can I use the 55/75? Instead of the 10 or 30?
- The 55/75 filters are designed for tanks with a higher volume of gallons. For a ten gallon tank, we recommend the Aqueon QuietFlow 10, as it is designed for aquariums up to 20 gallons.

What size filter media does this use? I have a bunch of extra Medium size cartridges and am wondering if they will work when I upgrade my tank.
- Unfortunately, the QuietFlow 55/75 uses a size Large, so you won't be able to use the Medium size cartridges that you have.
