Usually siblings raised together will be able to live together. It sounds as if you have one overly dominant female though. You can try keeping them in a larger cage with additional bowls, bottles, toys and hides. This may give them enough "elbow room" which may decrease the squabbling. If your guinea pigs are fighting I would recommend placing them in separate cages. As for the one that was injured, I would recommend cleaning the wound and placing some antibiotic ointment on it if needed. If Brownie's eye looks inflamed or he is holding his eye closed then I would be worried about a corneal ulcer. If you notice this then I would recommend taking him in to be checked out by the vet.
