Thanks for reaching out about Mazapan. NO. Oils on the fur will compromise the ability to insulate and since hamsters are proficient self-groomers, it will be ingested, possibly causing gastrointestinal upset (wet tail). If you are concerned about a dermal problem, a veterinary visit is recommended.
