My 3-month-old rabbit nips my hand. Is it aggressive? How to stop?

This sounds more like Winnie is exploring his environment, including you by tasting. But it's stills good idea to discourage it so he doesn't nip harder. Just gently push him away when he is nibbling. I also strongly recommend neutering male buns to help prevent aggression. Rabbit.org has a lot of good rabbit care info too. Good luck with them!
