Another check up and supportive/nutritional treatment is required immediately as these signs may be compatible with a severe gastrointestinal inflammation/ infection. Hello. There are just too many questions that need to be answered in order to offer any advice. The best thing is to have your bunny examined by a veterinarian who can check Laddu for intestinal parasites, discuss the diet you are feeding her & possibly start her on a Critical Care diet & possibly antibiotics. The jelly like substance that you were seeing was likely mucous, and this usually comes from the colon when there has been a disruption in the way that the large intestine is moving. I am not sure if you can think of any diet changes that have occurred in the last week or so, or any stressful events - these are often the culprits of a one time jelly-like blob. The feces can also become a strange shape when this happens. If it only occurred the one time, I would just monitor Bugsy. If it continues, or if it happens again, I would recommend having him evaluated by a veterinarian as this may be indicative of him being sick. A rabbit's intestinal tract is very important, and something as simple as this is often an indicator of illness/disease. Gastrointestinal (stomach) upset is common in rabbits and can have many causes: ingested foreign body, infection, parasites, pain, dental disease, metabolic disorders (liver, renal), stress and more. If this is persistent, a veterinary visit is recommended, sooner than later. Keep diet consistent and try to limit sugars and carbohydrates. The more hay they eat the better. Good luck.

Gastrointestinal stasis is always secondary to something else. Radiographs and blood work from last year can be used as a comparison are not necessarily indicative of now, as things can change quickly. Any exposure to carpeting or fabric? With the pain you described, a veterinarian is recommended today. As prey animals, rabbits decompensate quickly. Good luck.
