Why is my rabbit's head tilted and ear drooping? Is it serious?

My rabbits head is tilted and one ear has started to lop

Head tilt in rabbits is either because of a brain parasite or an ear infection. the brain parasite is more common and it is more fatal as well, if caught early Twix can be saved, you must take him to the vet urgently in order to get him treated.
