My guinea pig wants to eat. But he can't. He eats so slowly. And also everytime I come to look at him, he is hiding in this blue tunnel all the time. My other guinea pig try to sniff his nose while he does it. I feel like my guinea pig is really sick. We brought him to the vet. They gave us the Oxbow Critical Care. It didnt help. My mom is bringing him to the vet again right now. Please help us. :)

Open his mouth gently and check his teeth. They could be overgrown or maloccluded. Either condition can make eating difficult or uncomfortable. See your vet for trimming if necessary. If his teeth look fine, see your vet for a complete exam to diagnose illness or injury.

If he will allow, check his teeth for overgrowth or misalignment. If his teeth are overgrown, they will need to be trimmed by your veterinary.
If his teeth look normal, consider an exam with your veterinarian to diagnose and treat illness or injury. Maintain a clean and warm cage. There are special diets, such as the Oxbow line, that can be mixed with water to make eating easier until he is eating his normal diet.
