My new bunny keeps itching and chewing. Is it mites or fleas?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Female | unspayed

I just got this bunny. the people i got them from said she was identified as half domestic and half wild. we checked for fleas and mites there was none but she itches and chews herself a lot. i’ve never have a rabbit before this

It's very difficult to check for mites, when such an itching problem occurs the first thing that should be done is treating her for a possible mite infestation, i would recommend to take her to the vet ASAP, the treatment is usually by injection and it requires 3 sets of treatment 1 week apart.
