What is the safest substrate for iguanas to prevent impaction?

Hi i was just woundering what is the best substrate for iguanas because alot of people say astro terf or vinyl because the lick most substrate abd can become impacted

Reptile carpet, paper towels, butcher paper or even slate can be used as a substrate in iguana enclosures. If you choose reptile carpet/turf, be sure there are no strings or loose ends which could snag a toe or limb.
