Is it normal for my spayed dog's scar to be hard and produce milk?

The incision looks pretty normal for a few days after surgery. Often there will be some inflammation that will feel firm under the incision. However, if the firm spot you feel gets bigger then I would recommend a follow up appointment with your veterinarian to make sure that she isn’t developing a hernia. Yes this is normal. The stitches underneath the skin can cause swelling like you are seeing while they are getting dissolved by the body, The incision itself is healing nicely. The picture is a bit grainy and discolored so it is difficult to say for sure what the problem is. However, with your description, what you are feeling are likely the knots of the suture at the top and bottom portion of the incision line. These knots can sometimes cause inflammation due to a slight suture reaction. If the incision is not open, then I would just monitor for now. If the incision is red, inflamed or there is pus present, then I would have Huggle rechecked by the veterinarian that did the procedure. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction! If the bumps are indeed due to the suture and they do not worsen, you should see those disappear over the next few months hopefully. Complete absorption of the suture I use in my spay procedures takes about 3-4 months to occur. However, absorption time depends on the type of suture used.

Based on what I can see in these photos, the incisions appear to be healing. Occasionally there is dried blood from surgery, but sometimes it can bleed a little after surgery, especially if the dog is too active. Overall, Darla's incision certainly looks as though it has healed well. The suture material used under the skin can take several months to fully dissolve. In that time, some dogs may develop mild inflammatory responses. There is also a chance that Darla has developed a skin infection from other causes (most commonly underlying allergies). At this point, you can continue to monitor these bumps at home for changes. However, if they worsen or seem to cause irritation with licking or itching, Darla should go to her vet for further evaluation. If she is licking, keep an e-collar (cone) on Darla until you can take her to the vet to prevent further skin irritation. I hope this helps and that all goes well!

From the picture, that looks like a suture reaction, which is common a month or two out from surgery as the internal suture material is dissolving. If there is no discharge and it's not warm to the touch, and she's otherwise normal, it shouldn't need medical attention. However if it starts to bleed or have discharge, take her in for a check up

It looks like there could be some inflammation at the site of the incision. That could be due to her body breaking down the sutures, or she caused some sort of trauma to the area. If she is acting normal and you don't feel any swelling around that area I would wait and see if it improves. But if there is swelling, drainage, or pain I would worry about a dehiscence (opening of the incision) which would be an emergency and she should see a vet immediately.
