However, on average you will feed a puppy 3 times a day and for a small breed dog it will be around 1/8-1/4 cup each feeding. Tiger needs to get his vaccines as soon as possible. A puppy should first get them when they are 6-8 weeks old, and needs a total of three series of them spaced four weeks apart so they are fully vaccinated at 14-16 weeks of age. I recommend having Tiger seen by a vet as soon as possible to get his first series of vaccines. Because he is older when he's first having them done, he will only need a booster of them in four weeks, and then he will need to be revaccinated in a year. As for training, I would put him into a puppy preschool or work with a professional behavioral expert when he is vaccinated. That will teach him how to interact appropriately with humans and other animals, and you will learn basis commands for him. In terms of nutrition, he should be fed a puppy formulated food. I recommend Hills Science diet or Royal Canin. He should be fed three times a day (morning, noon, evening) until he is six months old, and then he should be fed twice a day. Here is what needs to happen: bring a stool sample and any records you were given to your first Vet visit, Rio will get his next DHPP vaccine 3-4 weeks after his first one was given by the breeder. If the breeder did not start his vaccines he needs to start them by 7-8 weeks of age. Petco will start them for you and tell you when you need to return. They get about 3-4 DHPP vaccines 3-4 weeks apart. The Rabies vaccine is given around 4 months of age, depending on the laws in your county. I hope this helps and I wish you and Rio the best!

Congrats! I would just schedule a wellness visit with your vet soon so they can make sure he is healthy and no obvious issues. I would make sure he is on a large breed puppy food and that he is eating 2-3 times per day. I would go ahead and start crate training him if you are planning to do this to help house break him. If his 1st set of shots were given before he was 6 weeks old, then there is a good chance your vet may want to repeat his 1st set of shots simply because any shots given before 6 weeks technically don't count. Here in the States, vaccines are generally given every 3-4 weeks starting at 6-8 weeks of age and continued until 16-18 weeks of age. Are you wanting to ship or travel with your puppy to India? Coco isn't old enough for her first shots until she is at least 6 weeks of age. She needs a puppy formulated food. Brands I recommend include Royal Canin, Hill's Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, and Iams.
