Poor Chika sounds very ill! If she has been throwing up for the past three days, doesn't want to walk, and is very lethargic, she needs to see a vet right away. She could have a foreign body, severe GI illness, pancreatitis, or even cancer (which is unfortunately common in older dogs). The vet can do a physical exam, routine blood tests, a urinalysis, and possibly x-rays to diagnose what is causing her symptoms and can treat accordingly. Please take her into an ER vet now.

It sounds like she needs to be examined and treated by a vet right away. She may be getting dehydrated and need some fluids, either subcutaneously or intravenously. Your vet can also run some blood work and other tests to help determine the cause and evaluated the function of all her organs. It is very concerning that she is not eating and is very weak. I don't think this is something that should be treated at home with OTC medications. If she has a gum infection then she may need an antibiotic to treat the infection. Call your vet or take her to an emergency clinic for treatment. Hope she feels better soon!

The only way to find a remedy that works is to have the cause of this diagnosed, which needs to be done by a vet. I would have Chewy seen by a vet in the morning for a physical exam, geriatric blood panel, urinalysis, and x-rays. These tests will help the vet identify a possible medical cause behind the vomiting and diarrhea so a remedy can be started for him.

Based on your description, I would recommend having Bucky examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. The limping on the back leg and coughing may be related. If he has a bone tumor it may have spread to the lungs causing the cough. These symptoms could also be completely unrelated and he may have bronchitis or a respiratory infection along with a leg injury such as a torn ACL. A sudden change in diet can cause vomiting and diarrhea but usually does not affect the urine production. at that age I would be worried about kidney disease, diabetes, bladder disease or prostrate problems causes these symptoms. Your vet can check his blood work to evaluate for kidney disease and diabetes then pursue an ultrasound for the bladder and prostate if needed
