Poor Buster. This could be several different things and possible multiple different things. The difficulty breathing could be from heart disease, pneumonia and even cancer. The rigid activity concerns me that he may have had a seizure which could have be from not getting enough oxygen or something else. Sounds like Kringle is in some level of distress. Whether or not it is manifesting from pain or true cardiopulmonary pathology is unclear. He should be taken into your veterinarian and examined soon.
