What is this protruding skin lump on my senior dog after squeezing?

Pet's info: Dog | Silky Terrier | Female | spayed

My 17 year old dog had what looked like a large blackhead on her. When I squeezed it a large solid lump came out but it still felt like more was in there. I squeezed again and a large lump which is attached is now protruding from the hole. What would this be

This looks like a skin mass or tumor. Sometimes a benign growth or cyst can have some material inside that you can squeeze out like this. Unfortunately it also could be a malignant mass. I would recommend having your vet take a look - they may want to take a sample using a small needle to help determine what it is.
