Your dog may be suffering from vestibular syndrome or seizures. Vestibular syndrome is a condition that affects mainly older dogs. We do not know what causes it. It is usually self limiting and will get better within a few weeks. Sometimes a head tilt will remain, but that does not normally bother the dog. If the condition is severe your veterinarian will want to give your dog fluids, and medication to stop possible nausea. Please call your vet and take your dog in for an exam.
