Is it safe to use Savlon or Dettol for my dog's regular bath?

Generally speaking, yes you can use it, but I would recommend to use it diluted it 1:2 at least. A picture of the lesions would help us to give you more specific answers. If the wound are quite deep antibiotics may be needed as well.

Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any licking/scratching. All of the cleaning products you mentioned are OK for cleaning the floors. Make sure it is not too concentrated and is dry before the puppy is on the floor and there should not be any worry about it irritating his skin. I hope that helps and all is well with Arjun.

You would probably be better off using a baby shampoo because some animals are sensitive to chloroxynol, the active ingredient in Dettol. Just wash the paws thoroughly in warm water and shampoo and be sure to rinse well.

If this is superficial, you could try to use chlorhexidine pads topically. However, if this is a deep wound, that would not be recommended. I do not recommend spraying hydrogen peroxide.
