Why is my puppy puking repeatedly after car ride and eating?

The most likely diagnosis for a puppy with Jack Jack's symptoms is parvo virus. I suggest you get him to a vet as soon as possible for an exam and parvo test. This is serious and life-threatening. Do not try to continue to treat him at home. He may not have parvo as there are other things that can, of course, cause his symptoms but regardless of what is ailing him he is very sick and needs veterinary intervention.

My suspicion is this is probably more just from car sickness. If Nittany is acting otherwise normal then I would suggest feeding her a small bland meal (boiled chicken and sweet potato) later today and then resuming her normal diet tomorrow. Dogs with parvo usually have both vomiting and severe diarrhea so I think it's unlikely this is what is going on with Nittany. However, if her vomiting persists or diarrhea, lethargy or inappetance develops then you should schedule a visit with a veterinarian.

This is not specific to any disease, but indicates that something is either directly upsetting his stomach, or generally making him feel nauseous. The best thing to do now is withhold food. Make sure he has plenty of water though. When he gets home from the plane ride you can feed him a little (start with two tablespoons) boiled chicken and cooked rice. If he keeps that down after two hours, then you can feed a little more. Gradually introduce his normal food into his meals when the vomiting and diarrhea have stopped. You may also consider giving Imodium to Jax, so he doesn't soil his cage too much on the journey. Only give it if he stops vomiting though, because otherwise it won't be effective. Poor pup! Car rides can make puppies pretty carsick, however if she is still sounding congested and is also continuing to have symptoms of illness such as more vomiting or inability to vomit or defecate, I would bring her to a vet ASAP. They can rule out any issues such as aspiration from the vomiting, GI problems, illnesses, etc and get started on helping Lila feel better.

If a dog is going to suffer a vaccine reaction, it typically occurs the same day as the vaccination. So this is likely unrelated. He may be experiencing GI upset secondary to all the new treats. I would stop those for now. Being so young and small, he should see his veterinarian if symptoms persist. In the meantime, encourage him to eat and drink small amounts. It could be Jax has gastritis. Pancreatitis makes dogs very sick, so I would expect more episodes of vomiting than you have seen. Having him seen by his vet is a good idea. I'd take him into the vet in the morning. Best of luck.
