When can my puppy get her shots after recovering from flu?

You can't wait too long, or the initial response will have completely died down and the booster won't be effective. Waiting until April 27th would likely be pushing it a bit, so I would try to get her in within the 6 week window if possible.

Hi there. Vaccinations are based on the puppy's age, not how many vaccines they've had previously - so it doesn't really matter whether your vet is "counting" the first ones or not. If it's been more than three weeks since her most recent vaccination, she would be due for a booster now. If she's about three months old, she will need a total of 1-2 additional boosters to finish out her series, since we want the last vaccine to be given at 16 weeks or older.
