My 5-month-old puppy's fecal test is positive for worms. What to do?

I just got Fecal result for my 5 months old puppy. POSITIVE EIMERIA OOCYSTS PRESENT RARE (1-2) NEMATODIRUS OVA PRESENT RARE (1-2) CYNICLOMYCES GUTTULATUS (NON-PATHOGENIC YEAST) PRESENT How should I treat my puppy?

A roundworm dewormer or any other broad spectrum dewormer such as Drontal should take care of the intestinal worms (Nematodes), the eimeria might be an accidental finding, it's usually non pathogenic in dogs (some species are but quite rare), i would ignore that for now unless your dog suffers from severe diarrhoea.
