Ideally, she should be physically examined by your veterinarian to diagnose and treat any illness or injury. As long as she is behaving normally though, you can try warming her food, adding in a bit of baby food or adding in some warm water. You can also offer unflavored PediaLyte. If she is lethargic, vomiting or has diarrhea, then she should definitely be seen by a veterinarian.

I would recommend that you have Smokey examined by a vet. It is very unusual for a puppy to go so long without eating. If you aren’t seeing vomiting, then possible causes for the not eating could be a GI obstruction or infection or internal organ disease. The vet may recommend blood work or other testing based on the examination and Smokey’s medical history.

Poor guy. Check his stools and make sure he doesn't still have worms. If he does then he will need a second treatment. In most situations puppies need two deworming treatments anyway, done 2 weeks apart. If he doesn't have worms and the stool is abnormally loose or soft, then talk to the vet about checking for bacteria and other parasites. In most cases of puppy weight loss it is a parasite issue. Some other uncommon causes are a malabsorption problem, endocrine disorder or pancreas problem. These disease processes would require bloodwork to be done on your pet to properly diagnose and treat. Also make sure you puppy is on a high quality dog food such as Royal Canin, Hill's science diet, Evo, Merrill, etc. And keep in mind that a few ounces difference day to day may be abnormal fluctuation for your puppy, especially after recovering from a worm infestation.

Some dewormers may cause some gastrointestinal upset. It is good that Frankie will drink water and keep it down. Consider mixing in some unflavored PediaLyte. Try a bland diet again but warm it slightly or mix in a teaspoon of baby food to stimulate his appetite. Once he is eating regularly, transition slowly to the regular diet. Unfortunately, there is nothing that I can recommend for this without seeing Bruno. As a puppy there are many reasons they may not want to eat and not gaining weight.
