My new puppy named Korra is breathing rapidly and is always tired/asleep. I counted and she has a respiratory rate of 96 breaths per minute while asleep. Is that normal? Also, do you know what kind of breed she is?

Fast breathing can be caused by stress, pain, excitement, or genuine breathing problems. If this is not after play, strenuous exercise, or after a stressful moment it may indicate a health problem. I would have Bruno seen by a veterinarian ASAP if this has continued.
