My 45-day-old puppy died after vomiting and hard stomach. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | 1.8 lbs

My puppy is 45days old ,after vaccination in 2 days we gave deworming to it as we found worm in motion. The next day it dint took any food or water.It's stomach became bigger and harder.It became very week and dint sleep at all doctor gave trips alone and said they will take xray 2 days after Finally today morning it stomach was very hard and was crying when we touch it.finally it vomited many times with green and yellowish with blood and finally died. I really need the poosibility for its death

I'm so very sorry Rudy died, please accept my condolences for your loss. I would be concerned that he could have had a serious disease like parvovirus or an obstruction of the GI tract. It could have also had an intususseception of the intestines. Again, I'm sorry for your loss.

    I am sorry to hear of your loss but cannot provide any explanation as to the cause, a full post mortem would be recommended in order to determine the underlying cause and guide future prevention if you have other pups. Your vets office can advise on arrangements
