My puppy ate trash and is sick. Is vomiting and shaking normal?

As Stuart is still a young puppy with any vomiting or lack of appetite they can have a challenging time maintaining their blood sugar and temperature so I would strongly urge you to have him seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible. Just like humans, pets can vomit for many many reasons. It can be something more minor like a bacterial infection or it could be something potentially fatal like parvovirus (if your puppy is not properly vaccinated) or an intestinal blockage. I recommend to play it safe and have Princeton examined by the veterinarian tonight. Puppies who don't eat may run the risk of having low blood sugar or dehydration. It's always best to play it safe.
