My 6 month old puppy hasn't eaten her food in a day. I'm not sure what it is because I just changed her food. Yesterday morning she threw up some tiny sticks from the backyard she snuck and ate, then refused to eat all day. She has had plenty of water. No changes in stool. No whimpering. But she is slightly more lethargic then her normal calm. I have gotten her to eat a tiny bit, but other than that? Nada.

Hi, and thanks for your question.
These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver). Foreign body ingestion and possibly obstruction is possible.
A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound or radiographs) may be needed.
