My small puppy ate hydrocortisone cream. Will she be okay?

I'm not sure about the other ingredients in it, and while typically topical steroid creams and ointments have a wide margin of safety, without knowing all the ingredients in the cream, I can't say for certain he will be ok. In addition, eating the tube can lead to an obstruction from the plastic, and it does look like he ate a bunch of the tube. To be safe, I would advise taking him in. Yes, you can use it, but if you think your dog has an infection I would not recommend using it. I would also not recommend using it for more than a week as this cream can cause thinning of the skin which can result in fragile and broken skin.

You are correct in thinking so. She would need to ingest much more in order to be at risk of serious toxicity. At worst, you may see some mild stomach upset if anything at all. A short fast followed by a bland diet for a few days should resolve minor upset.
