Hello there my dog is pregnant first time I've ever had a pregnant dog I really didn't think she could get pregnant she doesn't have regular periods. Anyway she's only about 3 weeks by looks when she's due to have puppies should I get her a cage to put her in and the puppies? Been told not to because she'll kill babies which I think is just silly

Dogs are pregnant for about 2 months, but it is impossible to guess how far along by the looks of things. If you do not know the breeding date, I recommend that you see a vet that can help you determine when the puppies should be due. Some dogs are not good mothers, but this should not be determined by being in a kennel.
