Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 13 years and 6 months old | 19 lbs
Hello, My 14 yr old cavalier spaniel has stopped eating the last week. She has been going to the bathroom in the house and seems to be in a fog. Any little thing she might eat she vomits with yellow bile. The vet took blood and sees now obvious signs of distress. She is lethargic and sleeps all day and night. Last night she urinated in the crate and slept in it. Is it time ?

Yes, most likely those things are related to aging but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t things that can be done to help her out. It sounds like she has urinary incontinence which is easily managed with medication. It also sounds like she has some arthritis which is probably why she doesn’t want to get up and maybe why she’s not eating that well. Again, there are medications available to help her.
I suggest you get her to your vet for an exam because there may be things you can do to make her more comfortable.
