The lesions on Leah's skin looks most suspicious for a bacterial skin infection, which most commonly occurs secondary to underlying allergies to fleas, food or the environment. I'm glad to hear that she is receiving flea prevention, but make sure trust you are using a high quality product, such as Nexgard, Bravecto or K9 Advantix II. You can try bathing Leah in a medicated shampoo (here is one example: http://m.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=27982). However, if the lesions persist or worsen, she will need to go to her vet for further evaluation because oral antibiotics may be needed. I hope that all goes well!
