My 10-month-old German Shepherd puppy eating less. Should I worry?

That is very worrisome. Something is making her sick and it’s impossible to know the cause without a physical exam. I recommend to have Bella examined by her veterinarian today. Hermann is gorgeous! It's good that you are so on top of caring for him, but I don't think you have too much to worry about. As long as he is bright and active, and going to the toilet okay he is likely just being fussy. To be honest if he is getting treats then he is probably just holding out for those. I wouldn't worry too much about trying to change anything as ultimately this comes down to your friends. If he starts to be sick or gets dull at all then it may be worth having him examined by a vet.

It's very concerning that Kasey hasn't eaten or drank in three days, and that she is looking worse than yesterday. I think she needs to see a vet again immediately, as it sounds like there is something seriously wrong with her. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. Dogs are carnivores and therefore should eat non-veg food, preferably commercial complete puppy food for large dogs or specifically for German Shepherd dogs. Try a proper dog food. If he still does not eat you need to schedule an appointment with your veterinarian for an exam as he may be getting ill.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Alex! I would worry if Alex is able to hold down liquids but not solids. If this has been going on since you have had him then I would worry about a congenital defect causing constriction of the esophagus (PDA=patent ductus arterosis). if this is a new thing it could be intestinal parasites, viral or bacterial infections (especially parvo), food intolerance/allergy, or foreign body obstruction. I do not recommend human dairy products in animals as they are lactose intolerance. It is also not nutritionally appropriate for a 4 month large breed dog. I would try canned dog food or wet dry dog food in a mush. See if he can hod that down. If he can not he needs to see a Veterinarian for a work up. You could try adding some canned food in with Pluto’s dry kibble to make it more palatable but I would also be worried that there could be something medical going on. You may want to recheck Pluto’s weight with your vet a week or so after his last visit to make sure he is gaining appropriately. If he is not growing your vet might want to run some tests like blood work.
