  Your dog is probably suffering from a gastrointestinal infection or possibly has eaten something he shouldn't have. You should take him to the vet ASAP, he will need an injection to stop the vomiting then probably will be discharged home with a course of antibiotics.

  I am sorry to hear that your pet Frank is sick . Shaking and not moving can be a sign of pain, toxicity, or even a primary neurological condition. He needs to be examined by your veterinarian and perhaps even have a blood test to determine what exactly is happening internally so we best know how to treat him. At the very least he should be seen and I can't think of anything that you can do at home to better his condition until more information is gathered. So it is definitely in Frank's best interest at this point to at least be examined by a vet asap.
