Lincoln has got worms and not eating regularly. So please prescribe what I should give him, when I should administer the medicine and the dose too. Thank you.

By law, we can't prescribe medications without examining the animal first. You should take a fecal sample to a vet and have it tested for parasites to identify which parasites he has and prescribe medications to treat. If you can't take him to a vet than you could buy a broad spectrum over the counter dewormer from a pet store and follow the directions and see if that helps. However, those medications do not treat all parasites so he could need a prescription medication.
