Why is my dog weak with bleeding gums and black liquid poop?

Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | 122 lbs

Hi Doc. My dog is suffering from Epulis Tumor from April 2019. And he hadn't from past week. Getting weaker day by day. Having bad breathe from his mouth, bleeding gums and now his poop is getting totally black in liquid form. Please suggest.

An epulis doesn't usually cause these symptoms. Max should be re-evaluated by the vet for a different type of tumor causing the bleeding gums, such as a sarcoma. He should also have blood work done to determine if he is anemic and if there is a bleeding issue. Black, liquid poop often indicates a severe bleeding disorder in the upper GI tract, though it could just be coming from swallowed blood from the gums.
