My dog throws up weekly. When should I worry and what's on his nose?

Withhold food for the next 8-12 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhea, more vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.

I'm sorry to hear Nana isn't feeling well. I would determine if she is vomiting the white foam, or if it is produced after a strong coughing fit. If it is after coughing it can be due to an upper respiratory infection such as kennel cough. If it is secondary to vomiting, then it could be due to a GI upset of some kind. I would recommend she be seen by her regular veterinarian to determine the underlying cause for her issue, have any necessary testing done (X-rays, bloodwork) and get started on any treatment she may need (antibiotics, cough suppressant) to help resolve the issue. Yellow vomit is termed "bile" and this is seen when the pet has an empty upset stomach. Sneezing can also be a sign of mild allergies or nasal parasites (not as common). If J.R. continues to vomit for more than 12-24 hrs and also has other signs of sickness (i.e. lack of energy, not holding down any food, lack of appetite), then it is best to get J.R. seen by your veterinarian for strong medical treatment and good physical exam. However if J.R. is still relatively active, happy and playful, you can try withholding food for 12-24 hrs then feeding him a bland diet of plain boiled chicken and rice or cottage cheese OR Purina EN Gastrointestinal. Hopefully this is enough to settle his stomach and get him back to normal.

Dogs can have foreign material caught in their nose, allergies/inflammatory rhinitis, masses, or other abnormalities. They can also have viral/bacterial upper respiratory infections. It is possible that the vomiting could be related to this problem or could be another primary problem. I would recommend having Panda evaluated by your veterinarian. They can perform an examination and evaluate the air flow through Panda's nose and look for discharge or other abnormalities. They can also see if Panda has a fever or abnormal lung sounds. If he is making some abnormal breathing sounds, it is possible that he could have aspirated (breathed some of the fluid into his lungs). This can lead to aspiration pneumonia, which can make dogs very sick. He may have some inflammation of his esophagus or his palate that is causing him to make a snorting noise, or he could even have something that is partially obstructing his airway. I would monitor Patton closely for any changes in behavior such as excessive lethargy or anorexia, or continued vomiting or diarrhea. Also watch for changes to his breathing effort - if he appears to be using his belly to help him breathe, this could be a sign of lung disease such as pneumonia and he should be seen by a veterinarian right away. If his snorting noise does not resolve on it's own over the next 24-48 hours, or if he develops any other clinical signs, I would have him evaluated by a veterinarian. They may recommend bloodwork and/or x-rays to look for evidence of lung disease. I hope this is helpful!

If Leo is vomiting 2-4x a week routinely I would be concerned because this is not normal for dogs. In the pictures you provided it looks like the food is not fully digested. I would be worried about gastritis, a blockage, or irritable bowel disease. My best recommendation is to take Leo to the vet so the issue can be sorted out. They may recommend lab work and x-rays.
