My dog threw up last night and today, while playing outside, randomly fell and stared crying. Since then, she is very lethargic, was shaking for a bit, walks slowly with her tail between her legs and yelps when I pick her up. She’s eating and drinking fine. Bathroom use is normal. Is she ok to wait to see a vet tomorrow or is this something I should see an emergency clinic for?

Poor Addie. It sounds like she is really painful. I would recommend having her seen tonight if possible. It is always better to start treating something as soon as possible to help prevent it from getting worse. She could have something painful in her back or her abdomen, so a vet can help determine what is going on and how to treat her. In case she has hurt her back, if at any point Addie is not able to use her legs normally, we consider it a medical emergency, and she needs to be seen immediately.
Good luck! I hope Addie feels better soon. I hope that was helpful. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.

Given she is in pain and weak i would recommend an emergency assessment tonight. Generally vomiting without any other signs is ok to leave overnight but the discomfort is a concern and the weakness may be due to pain or dehydration. Obstruction, pancreatitis or gastroenteritis are all possibilities
